No More Future - Build 13.1

No More Future

In the last days of their life, a dying person takes one final gamble... No More Future is a linear Sci-Fi Visual Novel, where you explore a futuristic world as an android trying to rebuild their old life. In this strange journey, they'll question the very foundations of their life and their world.

Hello everyone! We apologize once again for not updating the game in a while, life (and a certain war that's still going on) got a little in the way, but we're hoping the next few uploads will come out a lot faster than this one did. You might be a little confused by the version notation, but there's nothing to worry about. We previously released 13.0 elsewhere but, noticing that some things were still missing, we decided to postpone our Steam release until those could be fixed. Now that everything's ready, you guys can experience this new update of NMF as it was always intended! Here's a list of all the changes this build comes with:

Added a new Main Story Chapter (Chapter 10)
Added new backgrounds, music tracks, and character sprites
Fixed some bugs and typos in earlier chapters
Fixed minor issues with certain backgrounds
Added new fanarts to the gallery and corrected some issues with it
Removed duplicate files within the game's folders that served no purpose
We've also added a new "sequence" at the end of the latest chapter, which some of you might already be familiar with if you played NMF on other platforms before. You can access it by simply finishing the current build of the game. Its main purpose is to allow you to access Side Stories without needing to go through the Chapter Select screen and, in the future, get a little extra entertainment out of them. You'll understand once you read through it for yourself. Speaking of Side Stories, that's what the next update will feature! Chapter 11 might take a little longer than usual to come out due to the heavy art demands that come with it so, in the meantime, we'll try to fill in the blanks in our schedule with Side Stories. I've recently decided to work full-time on this visual novel, so expect more frequent updates in the future! (hopefully!) See you next month!
