A lots changed since the last build, not sure if i can remember everything but ill try my best :) Still a lot of work left to do, but i tidied up the sisters monastery a little. The elevator room shouldn't be accessible, but it shouldn't soft lock the game if you get in there now. I added vents to connect the spare room to the freezer with dex check of level 5. Ranged weapons can now affect agro. [img]{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/43118398/7000f1fc835f6b3723742967fc5bd57ce0832290.gif[/img] The bus stop leads to the start of what im calling "Day Trips" These will be group activities for people who want to do more focused multiplayer content. Just a little bit of fun, lets me make little mini games out of the mechanics i add instead of just using them for the world. [img]{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/43118398/0256f49e92895c02baddd71a6998ee7e941074ae.gif[/img] The first example ive started working on im calling javelin dash Its not much yet, but i think it could be a fun climbing game. Im planning to add ropes you can throw down as you climb instead of checkpoints so your friends can use them too if theyre struggling. But also if its a race it gives more incentive to try and use them more sparingly so the competition doesn't immediately catch up. Ive also been working on replacing the terrain since it was hard to get working with the fluid tech, while trying the the vibe of the terrain. So now there are triplanar versions of the wobbly pixel shader, which are a little messy and mixely, but i added the ability to scale the blood texture to try and mitigate that the best i can. This will be for faction quests related to the spoonies, the plan is that you will have to gain rep with the other spoonies before you can talk to the leader who lives in the sheet fort at the back. [img]{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/43118398/d3ed10c5e9e2e0b2b88a1eefb791e9e558d3266d.png[/img] The overworld is a work in progress, im feeling really guilty about the state of it and how close we are, but we are moving, hopefully it can be a little more complete in time if i work hard for the next few days. I also added collectables for overworld levelling. Running man = Athletics These will be obtained by reaching hard to get areas. Gun = Dexterity These will be obtained by shooting targets. Just a simple line to start, hopefully teaches starts and ends on its own, but ill probably prompt the player on what the start is to make it a little less confusing.
