New Update 0.3 (28 December 2018) - Rift Support + Improved UI

Short Circuit VR

Short Circuit VR is an electronics lab simulator in Virtual Reality. You can build your own electronic circuits with the components provided, learn basic electronics by completing challenges and just have fun while experimenting and making awesome projects!

Hi guys! We just released a new update with the rift support and some other changes such as a better UI menu and controller interaction, a whiteboard where you can find helpful information to complete the challenges and some other small changes. We would like to thank all of you for giving us very helpful feedback! During the last few weeks, we were doing some market research and it's quite clear that if we do want to continue making an educational app, that it should be a desktop version first before continuing further on the VR version. Because of this, we probably won't update a new version of Short Circuit VR in the near future. If you are still interested in being part of the early development of the desktop version and want to help us test, give feedback etc., you can send us a mail (contact@shortcircuitvr.com). We'll add you to our private test subreddit so that you can be a part of the team that helps us improve Short Circuit. We are also looking for people to interview and get to know how they teach/learn electronics and if there are certain problems they experience while doing that. If you happen to be an electronics teacher, student, hobbyist, someone who wants to learn electronics or you know someone who would like to help us, please sign up with this Google Forms: https://goo.gl/forms/ug5YAgNtX1dE2DK43 Thank you for your support and happy holidays!
