This is a completely new mechanic, that will let your goons, waiters and cooks gain experience, and gain perks with each new level. You can combine several perks, or go further and unlock special abilities! Cooks will get XP for making food, waiters for serving the clients, and goons for completing missions and winning battles against rival gangs. Once you will use it - you'll see a skill tree and will be able to choose one of the options. There are quite juicy skills that you can pick, so keep these goons safe!
