More Modifier Tweaks (V1.14)

- Adjusted damage values for Knight, Trapper, Vampire, and Psythe modifiers. - Corrected some incorrect range values of ranged modifiers for the Swordsman and Psythe. - Fixed a bug that caused Paladin and Priest modifiers to not work right in co-op. - Fixed a bug that broke the Merchant's Double Coin modifier. - Fixed a pathing bug with followers/minions. - Powerup relics are now even less likely to appear while active. Note: The weapon modifier list in the guides section has been updated to reflect this.
