Chook & Sosig: Walk the Plank

Chook & Sosig: Walk the Plank is a charming point-and-click adventure about tabletop gaming, mischievous friends, and spectral poultry.

I hope everyone is keeping well and that your beginnings to the year so far have been mighty! I did my first live with Joy FM for the show Checkpoint, where Luke & the team there were so warm and welcoming that my nerves vanished pretty quickly. I was more concerned that my connection would suddenly blip out that anything else by the end, They were such a bubbly team of people to talk to. If you would like to listen to me discussing cozy gaming with the Checkpoint team it can be listened to via the following link:  Snuggle in With Cozy Gaming I also had the pleasure of talking to lovely Paul James for the Dev Diary podcast, where we chatted about my journey so far into gamedev and what makes me tick creatively. Dev Diaries  I've brought along some more screenshots to show you too! The first one is Hebble's Adventurer's guild clubhouse where I can slap plenty of cartoon animal heads on the wall and decorate with animal based furniture. I'm fond of the dodo plant pot, it looks less impressed though. Secondly are my horrible goblin children, super enthusiastic but heavily destructive and act on impulse. They say pretty much exactly whats on their minds and aren't afraid or even aware of offending anyone. They are like wild kids. Lastly is the tavern, Hebble has been on his break for about a week. Cow's not really very clued in on workplace law, so Hebble's just creating the ideal environment for himself, one where he pretty much does nothing. He's over the moon about this. It's wonderful how much life they give to each location. Listen to how lively and cheerful this track is, his work always brings a smile to my face!
