Meet the characters: Robert Everett

Robert Everett is one of the main characters in Robot’s Fate: Alice. Robert is among the first people you meet in the game, as he is the designated owner of CCM-924209, also known as Alice. As an MIT graduate in robotics and current CTO of RobotX, the largest seller of robots and AI technologies at the start of the story, Robert has always been interested in science and technology. What started as a childhood hobby of taking toys to pieces and assembling them back again, consuming sci-fi stories in all shapes and forms, and dreaming big led to a remarkable career in robotics. Robert has been working in RobotX for more than a decade now and is responsible for the company’s renaissance after the infamous Ellsworth Incident. Not only did his new revolutionary neuromatrices save RobotX from bankruptcy, but they also started a new era of AI companionship changing the world forever. Unlike many people who tend to ignore robots and never treat them as living beings, Robert takes his time to explain anything Alice might ask and allows her to feel like a family member. In his free time from work, Robert geeks out by watching movies, playing video games, and tinkering in his workshop, which he may or may not use as an excuse to smoke away from his wife’s accusatory look. His workshop encapsulates Robert’s heart and soul. His passion fueled by tobacco and the blackest coffee is reflected by dozens of instruments scattered across the room, unfinished projects waiting for another quick five minutes of his busy time, loose ends queueing to get his attention, and humble beginnings always at the threshold, always piquing his interest and distracting from finishing the previous ones. It’s a constant race against time with Robert trying desperately to handle all his activities. His working space personifies his creativity, both in much disarray and disorder. Can we all admit that he’s doing rather well? Check Robot’s Fate: Alice to meet Robert and many more interesting characters while surviving as a “young” robot with a newly emerging sentience. https://store.steampowered.com/app/3091030/Robots_Fate_Alice/
