A major balance update (Ver1.5) will be released on the May 21st, 2019 (JST), together with the launch of the "BBTAG DLC Character Pack Vol.7". Customers who already own the "BBTAG DLC Characters Vol.1~Vol.7 Pack" (old name referred to as "BBTAG DLC Characters All-in-One Pack") stand to play the new characters "Naoto=Kurogane", "Teddie", "Seth" and "Heart Aino" immediately upon applying the patch!
In summary, here are the expected outcomes for various customers who have purchased the game with regards to access to Vol.7:
