League of Pixels - Update 4.0.0!

General:

  • Increased all stats by 10 to allow for better balancing (55 rather than 5.5 damage)
  • Minumum speed while slowed is now 10
  • Big Shop rework!
  • Fog of War added. Players are now invisible inside bushes and when out of vision.
  • Gold gain: 4 every 1.5 ⇒ 4 every 2 sec
  • Level-Up-threshold increase: 125% every level (exponential) ⇒ +20 every level (linear)
  • Maximum Level: 6 ⇒ 12
  • Damage increase per level up 10 ⇒ 8
  • Changed bottom jungle structure.
  • Minion damage increase after the enemy tower falls: +40 ⇒ +10
  • NEW: Minion gain +10 damage and +5 speed for every kill you have.
  • Turret health 2500 ⇒ 2000
  • Maximum Death Timer: 20 ⇒ 25 sec
  • Death Timer increase per 20 sec 2 ⇒ 1 sec
Heal Shrine rework
  • Create a healing field, restoring 8% missing health every 0.5 seconds over 3 seconds. Both you and the enemy are affected.

Characters:

Flin

Giving him a new passive to make spamming skills less useful. Now needs to trigger the passive mark before using another ability to deal the most damage. Also made his basic attack smoother overall.
  • Attack Speed: 1.3 ⇒ 1.4
  • New passive: K and L now apply 3 stacks. Hitting J removes one stack and deals 40% of your dmg as bonus. Proccing all 3 stacks stuns the enemy for 0.5 sec.
  • Triggering stacks no longer slows.
  • J is now smoother and animation improved
  • L now slows by 30 for 1 sec.

Alvar

Some quality of life changes.
  • Speed: 65 ⇒ 70
  • Smoothened 3rd J and K animation speed

Arel

Made him less spammy and more burst heavy with a bit more cooldown on his bomb, but more damage overall.
  • Health: 800 ⇒ 750
  • J Damage: 80% ⇒ 100%
  • L Base Damage: 150% ⇒ 200%
  • L Cooldown: 6 ⇒ 9
  • L Slow duration: 1 ⇒ 0.5

Sparrow

Too strong. Nerfs to her base stats and the range and speed of her dash, making her a bit less mobile and easier to kill.
  • Health: 700 ⇒ 600
  • Speed: 65 ⇒ 60
  • K dash speed: 600 ⇒ 550
  • L missing health scaling: 15% ⇒ 12% of the enemy's missing health

Belle

Helping her waveclear a bit out and shifted her K slow towards buffing herself instead.
  • K Slow: 15 ⇒ removed
  • K Speed buff: 15 ⇒ 20
  • L explosion damage: 0.5 ⇒ 1.25
  • L jump: 200 ⇒ 175

Bunninja

Less crowd-control, more damage. Shuriken are now harder to hit twice since they no longer slow and L's stun is less. In exchange, his overall damage was increased a lot. The recast time of L-carrot was also halved, to reduce the area control of Bunninja after he throws it.
  • K Slow per shuriken: 10 ⇒ removed
  • K Damage on the way out 35% per shuriken ⇒ 70% per shuriken (Still 70% per shuriken on the way back)
  • L Stun duration: 1 ⇒ 0.5
  • L Damage: 1.5 ⇒ 2
  • L Recast time: 4 ⇒ 2

Hazel

Less crowd-control, but some more mobility in exchange.
  • Base Damage: 40 ⇒ 45
  • Speed 50 ⇒ 55
  • J Slow: 10 ⇒ removed
  • J Self slow 35 ⇒ 15
  • L Stun: 0.9 ⇒ 0.75

Veil

Easier to take down and less crowd-control. Shifting the slow from K to giving her speed instead.
  • Health 750 ⇒ 700
  • Speed 65 ⇒ 60
  • J Self slow 25 ⇒ 20
  • K Slow: 25 ⇒ removed
  • K Now gives 25 speed for 1 second when hitting the enemy.
  • L Stun 0.6 ⇒ 0.5

Puppeteer

Less toxic to play against, but also some more situational power in exchange. Most noticeable is the movement of the puppet's attack, which got reduced by 40%. To compensate that change, K now has more range to give him better situational placement of the puppet instead of constant movement. L now has more room to move without being snapped, but also lasts longer.
  • Health: 750 ⇒ 650
  • Attack Speed: 1.45 ⇒ 1.55
  • J Self slow 30 ⇒ 25
  • J Puppet speed when attacking 100 ⇒ 60
  • K Slow: 20 ⇒ removed
  • K Puppet dash duration 0.3 ⇒ 0.5 (more distance to compensate the previous J change)
  • L Snapback radius: 60 ⇒ 70
  • L Duration 2.5 ⇒ 3
  • L Slow 20 ⇒ 15

Kira

Made her less toxic generally and easier to kill. Especially a nerf to her auto-target J missiles and her K slow.
  • Health: 700 ⇒ 650
  • J Empowered lock distance: 100⇒> 75
  • J Empowered damage: 150% ⇒ 120%
  • K Slow: 30 ⇒ removed

I'ceat

Some nerfs to give the enemy more time to fight back or run away.
  • J Slow: 15 ⇒ 10
  • K 3rd strike bonus damage: 150% ⇒ 125%
  • K Slow duration: 2 ⇒ 1.75
  • L Duration: 0.8 ⇒ 0.6
  • I Speed buff: 50 ⇒ 60
  • L jump: 150 ⇒ 75

Kumihu

A small buff to her dps, but nerfed her survivability a bit.
  • Attack Speed 1.2 ⇒ 1.4
  • K Slow: 10 ⇒ removed
  • L Healing: 125% ⇒ 100%

Prim

As part of the overall slow nerf, her K now does not need that much slow now.
  • K Slow: 30 ⇒ 20

Bugfixes

  • Now only local minions get the speed buff when the tower is destroyed.
  • Removed Self turret damage when you destroy the enemy turret.
