To access the Korean version, right click the game, go to properties and select the Korean version from the languages tab, you may have to restart steam to see this, alternatively, if your steam is automatically set to Korean, the Korean version should be downloaded automatically.
As always, this only works with the base game and not the DLC, if you want to access the game in Korean you will have to disable the DLC.
