Hi! I see that some people get a strange bug, when their keys are not working. This is very disappointing, because I just cant get this bug myself, and I don't see how I can fix it.}
What I can suggest:
1. Reinstall the game.
2. Play with ENGLISH keyboard (yes, you heard it right, this can potentially solve the problem).
3. Maybe try windowed game mode, maybe drop and pick up the key again.
