In Kenshi, you’re not special, you’re not the chosen one, and you need to work hard to get anywhere, but oh boy are the rewards worth it. In a free-roaming, open-world game where you can (properly) choose your own path, that doesn’t give you quests or a linear story, you might be needing a few tips to get started. Your character will need building materials in their inventory to complete the construction. If you shift-click the button he will be assigned to a permanent medic role. It's a good way to buy time when you are outmatched. You can force them to get up anyway by giving them an order, which will also improve their Toughness stat.
