Usually we don't like to announce things that aren't ready until things are ACTUALLY set to go, but considering how anxious everyone is being we can let you guys know what's going on. Steam currently isn't going to allow us to rollback the date algorithmically since we are already close to release, but we will be ready to go most defiantly next Friday on the 7th or 8th of October. There was still a few things need to be ironed localizing wise so we will be taking care of that in the mean time. Thanks the the success of Midnight Castle and Tower and Sword, these devs form Japan have more confidence not only with us, but the potential that their products can do in the west. Unlike most people that handle a localization we try to also guide the game in a better direction and introduce new features in order to prepare for the audience here on Steam. If we have the ability to make the game a bit better we will try to do so... while of course staying true to the original version. So what new shit is in store for the DX version? Well... Not like Midnight Castle though, this game has animations like Tower and Sword! Since these scenes are animated it takes a bit of extra work to get these taken cared of, but the original creators understand how important that is for you guys. As usual the Critical Bliss version will be the best version! We most defiantly felt like there wasn't enough and requested for more to be added. [h2]Boss Rush [/h2] [img]{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/37504475/20f1fc9efc1b0a8fc4e076aacbc91acc7cd9ac65.png[/img] We attracted a lot of speed runners with Midnight Castle and thought be cool to implement a Boss Rush mode for those that like that kind of thing. You can access it once you completed your first rotation. They also have their own hidden scenes as well in the game! [h2]Original OST![/h2] As usual since working with Libraheart and Pixel, Critical Bliss Sound team has provided a new musical experience. Again we feel this is appropriate instead of just having generic royalty free music. The Japanese devs feel like we breathe new life into their creation so we continue to work with them This time for Castle in The Clouds we went for a more experimental take and decided to mix chiptune with real instruments to get an interesting sound for the game. Now that they can feel confident about getting a good return expect bigger (and prettier) projects form them. This is just one step of many to that goal!
