As described earlier, we considered a very large number of ideas, but eventually came to an economic simulator of IT company management. This idea seemed quite interesting to us because the IT world is familiar to us and is not something vague. “Since we know this kitchen, we can make a good game about it”
After a long analysis of references, as well as a discussion of various concepts, we decided that first of all we needed a concept plan. It makes life much easier.
We also recommend using a vision document that can answer the questions “Why is this?”, “What is the goal of the game?”.
Our emotional vision plan was as follows.
1. It would be cool to become a developer in the 21st century.
2. It is even cooler to manage your own game development studio.
Next, we will describe the main entities that will be in the game.

In this part, we want to show you the mechanics that will also be in the demo.
On the main screen we can see the possibility of making decisions on company management. The main mechanics are initiatives, this is an entity that allows you to manage processes in the company, you need to carefully study the consequences, look at the indicators and what result they will acquire. Also, you should very carefully monitor the budget, you should not go into the minus.

One of the most important entities in the game. These are your “hands” with which you manage the company. They are the ones who manage the departments that form your indicators. These are not just people who came to work for a salary, they are ideological game lovers. They have their own unique experience in the gaming industry, and each of them has a level of trust in you as a manager. It is also worth paying close attention to working with departments so that the relevant manager does not lose faith in you.
Directors are the ones who gave you the opportunity to manage the company. Be vigilant when making decisions. The board of directors does not take kindly to low indicators.
