You can design it with decals and physics items, About Attachments You can buy blueprints and learn decals( once you learn them there is no limit of use) or you can buy decorations, basic one are in local shops, but for more sophisticated ones you need to wait for random events called "trainer from distant lands" which happens randomly so keep your money it's not gonna wait forever for you to buy it! About the system: You can rotate a sword to be more precise, You can rotate and scale decorations, so that you can do it however you like, You can navigate the sword by moving and zooming to decorate as precisely as possible.
