It's time for a dev update. If you follow me on socials you may know I had some health problems for the past year that forced me to take a break. Fortunately I'm now well on the mend and I'm back to regular development. I have a lot of really cool stuff in the oven that I can't wait to show you in the future. Right now my focus is on some exciting milestones like a new trailer for Realms Deep 2023, as well as a demo. (The demo will initially be for patreon supporters, but eventually I intend to release it on Steam Next Fest). With the way that tech companies have been going recently, I thought it was also time that I set up my own blog and forum over on the Innkeep website. A few weeks ago on the blog I wrote a guide to pixel art character design, showcasing the work that professional artist Ben Chandler has done for Innkeep. This week I've written more of a regular dev diary post that looks at the master's book diegetic UI.
