After a millennia in peace, you have become an ancient relic from the long ago ages of war. You’ve weathered the centuries on your perch in constant vigil and when invaders appear in the northern sky, you are the only line of defense. Upgrade your weapons and defend the Etherians!

Lots of big changes, including new play mode, better gun play, Steam Achievements and Leaderboards, menu improvement, new settings and a little economic balancing. [b]All New Game Mode[/b] Along with the campaign play, have added a new modecalled called 'Infinity Mode', which pits you against infinite waves of progressively more difficult game play. You can track your progress on the leaderboards. [b]Exciting New Gun Play[/b] We are testing updates that remove the cool down on your burst cannon. After this release, it will be ready to fire after the last round of the previous burst. We're also testing a new update to the FLAK cannon to make it destroy all enemy projectiles in its radius. We've also added a new crosshair that allows for better visibility while firing. Menu Improvements We've added a settings menu that allows you to set music volume and moved the reset button from the main screen into the new menu. We've added a confirmation dialog before resetting the game to the beginning, [b]Leaderboard[/b] We've added a leaderboard for the summer infinity challenge. [b]Achievements & Stats[/b] We've added 6 Steam achievements with more to come. [b]Economy Balancing[/b] Since the new Infinity Challenges represent a mechanism for potentially generating large amounts of credits, we have reduced the rewards in [h2]Upcoming Updates:[/h2] [b]Massive Enemy Ship Animation Rework[/b] In the first versions, enemy ship movement was done through animations. These looked okay most of the time, but were occasionally awkward and always time consuming. We are replacing these with spline based movement like those used in the infinity challenges, which gives the game and altogether smoother feeling. We will roll these out on a per-level mode. [b]More User Settings[/b] We'll add sensitivity settings and other tweaks.
