[*]First balance tweak! Upkeep of Mr. Plow decreased from 50 to 25 (values for Professional difficulty, proportions are kept between all difficulties). When you have to use it, money is enough of a problem already :')
[*]Thanks to debug info added to crash reports in the last patch, we was able to fix a crash related to sending resources to Trading Post / Lift Station Base, which was the most frequent one!
[*]Cosmetic changes in a few English and Polish texts
[*]Added even more debug info to help investigate some rarely occurring crashes (this have a potential to become a reoccurring theme)
