Fixed a bug that made it impossible to read the localization database on systems that did not support .NET Framework 3.5.
Some users encountered a situation where localization strings were missing in the game, instead of which they could see localization codes. This problem caused the game to behave incorrectly.
In this hotfix we have removed the dependency on .NET Framework 3.5.
Thanks to everyone who reacted to this problem - this allowed us to release a fix as soon as possible.
