Added settings toggle to the Main Menu for enabling/disabling UI navigation via controllers (gamepads, throttles, and joysticks). Controller UI navigation is now "Off" by default, meaning users will only be able to use Mouse and Keyboard to navigate menus unless they explicitly choose to enable the UI navigation using controllers feature. This should prevent the issues whereby players will have a Throttle or some other kind of input device plugged in that will send UI navigation commands to TBAS Study Pro, overriding UI input from the mouse and keyboard (which users are much more likely to be using), and make for a better user experience.
