[b]Who Is Tōgō Heihachirō?[/b] Born in 1848 in Kagoshima, Japan, Tōgō Heihachirō rose to prominence as the architect of modern naval strategy. From humble beginnings in a samurai family, Tōgō’s determination and talent earned him opportunities to study abroad, where he gained invaluable insights into Western naval tactics and technology. His ability to combine traditional Japanese discipline with cutting-edge Western strategies brought innovation and precision to the Imperial Japanese Navy. These qualities shone brightest during the Russo-Japanese War, where his decisive victories - particularly at the Battle of Tsushima - cemented his reputation as one of history’s greatest naval commanders. Within a range of 75 he can unleash a bombardment damaging all units in a selected area at sea, or within a short range along the shore. This will deal 15 damage per attack round, lasting for 6 hours. The ability comes with an additional cost of oil and gas, and takes 2 hours to deploy. Alongside this unique ability, Tōgō enhances your battleships and fleet, turning them into unstoppable forces.
