Since the launch of early access, many wonderful, memorable things have happened: [list] [*]Nearly [b]sixty free updates[/b] with content and bugfixes.[/*] [*]Approximately [b]twenty seasons[/b] that set the tempo for your adventure, each with its own unique challenge every month.[/*] [*][b]Five new heroes[/b] – the Paladirs – joined the adventure.[/*] [*][b]Three major expansions[/b] – the island nation of Amakna, Albuera and the Necroworld – with new islands to explore, feats to accomplish and treasures to collect.[/*] [*][b]Krosmic Mode,[/b] offering a totally new gameplay experience.[/*] [*]The [b]mobile release[/b] that made it possible for you to now continue your adventure wherever you are at all times.[/*] [*]An [b]unforgettable[/b] [b]Ankama Convention[/b] to meet you, talk to you and rumble alongside you fighting the terrible Toross Mordal and his army.[/*] [*]A [b]new book in Story Mode,[/b] continuing the investigations into the mysterious disappearance of the gods.[/*] [*][b]Several hundred guilds[/b] [b]created,[/b] bringing together castaways to write their collective legends.[/*] [*]All of this was possible thanks to a shared passion for creating and playing, the passion that brings the World of Twelve to life…[/*][/list]   The year 2024 was also marked by another [b]major event:[/b] [b]the much-awaited release of [u]WAKFU[/u] season four.[/b] This season transcended the screen to find its way into WAVEN with exclusive, related content paying homage to the series. Proof that the Krosmoz is still weaving its own story through our games and that [b]transmedia is still at the core of our vision,[/b] connecting worlds, stories, and players.   [h2][u]And Now?[/u][/h2] The last time we came together to talk about the future was during the Ankama Convention. The discussions then both fueled hopes and raised questions or revealed frustrations for some of you, but know that our teams have never lost sight of the goal. We've focused our efforts on several areas: [list] [*][b]Rework progression,[/b] the spine that supports all gameplay loops and the very identity of WAVEN.[/*] [*][b]Diversify game modes,[/b] with new content such as the boss fight and asynchronous mode (plus other surprises on the way).[/*] [*][b]Correct and improve existing content,[/b] whether in regard to technical aspects or game design elements to make interactions smoother or deepen coherency in certain areas.[/*] [*]And finally, [b]work on projects that are still under wraps[/b] but that we are eager to unveil when the time is right…[/*][/list]   [b]Our goal is still to make WAVEN a continuation and conclusion worthy of the Krosmoz trilogy.[/b] This is an important promise for us and we will do what we can to succeed. We are determined to achieve our ambitions in this regard. It is our commitment to you, and to the heritage that WAVEN represents.   This why we would like to get together with you in a livestream on Twitch in the [b]next few weeks[/b] to talk to you directly. Among our new year's resolutions for 2025, we want to [b]continue moving forward, hand in hand,[/b] fingers intertwined, with our community and in full [b]transparency.[/b] We have always shared our difficulties, for example the Unity update, and we cherish the relationship we have with you.
