The Book is a fast-paced, action-packed first-person shooter set in a world inhabited by pirates and supernatural creatures, featuring a rapid gameplay loop inspired by recent high-intensity action games. Craft powerful weapons mixing magic and retro technology as described in "The Book".
I've just updated the demo right before the Steam FPS Fest, fixing a few bugs and enhancing the first open area to make it more compelling and interesting to begin with.
I've also added more graphics quality settings to assist players with low-end devices in enjoying the game.
Coming soon: windowed mode and custom resolutions.
In late April, I will implement full control customization.
