Gaps: Guitar Ear Training

Gaps is an ear training software tool for guitarists. It uses your guitar microphone as an input for its exercises, so you will learn both to recognize intervals by ear and to find them on the fretboard at the same time.

Added an input and output device settings section. Now you can use different devices than the Windows default ones. Fixes the program crashing at launch when an audio stream can't be opened with the default devices.
