Read on for all the goodies contained within today's update! [h1]- Server Browser[/h1] A Server Browser has been added to easily find and join open games [h1]- New Magick: “Teleport”[/h1] Can be found on chapter 2 [h1]- New Magick: “Thunderbolt”[/h1] Can be found on chapter 3 [h1]- Animated element queue[/h1] The spell queue will now animate added elements and also better show when queued elements are lost [h1]- Ask for revive functionality[/h1] Dead players can now ask for a revive. This can be turned on/off from the “Audio” settings menu [h1]- Magicks templates[/h1] You can now set your favourite Magicks element combination as a template in classic Magicka 1 style. Simply scroll the mousewheel to select your favourite Magick. Gamepad players can bring up the magick context menu (LB+Dpad) and set/clear templates from here. [h1]- Damage report on defeat[/h1] The defeat screen now displays a recap of damage taken and where the damage came from together with useful tips on how to do better! [h1]- New Loading Screens and Hints[/h1] [h1]- Distinguished Special/Hard Enemies[/h1] The harder enemies in the game are now easier to spot in the action [h1]- The “Higherland Breeze” Magick[/h1] Now freezes water [h1]- The “Sacrifice” Magick[/h1] Has been completely reworked [h1]- Mine Spells[/h1] Mines have been graphically enhanced and had their push/elevate effect increased [h1]- Lightning Spells[/h1] Lightning spells have been graphically enhanced and received some minor tweaks [h1]- Imbued Earth Projectiles[/h1] Earth projectiles imbued with other elements have been reworked. These now scale in damage and area of effect size depending on number of elements used while also taking into account gear modifiers [h1]- Scaling Beams[/h1] Beams now scale in width depending on amount of elements used [h1]- AI Enemy Spellcasters[/h1] The enemy spellcasters now make more use of the newly added spell combinations [h1]- The “Join Friends” Menu[/h1] Has been improved [h1]- Melee Damage[/h1] The melee damage system has been overhauled, including weapon imbuements [h1]- Player Movement Speed[/h1] The base movement speed for players has been increased [h1]- Novas[/h1] Explosions created by crossed beams with opposing elements now scale in damage and range depending on amount of elements used and deal elemental damage depending on the type of Nova [h1]- Pure Poison Imbuement[/h1] Pure poison on weapons now last multiple hits [h1]- Earth/Ice Armor Spells[/h1] Armors containing Earth/Ice now protect against knockdown, push, elevate and channeling interruption [h1]- Logged in Paradox Account Visibility[/h1] Moved currently logged in Paradox account visibility to the settings menu [h1]- Focus Generation[/h1] Focus generation has been increased when playing together with other players [h1]- Magick Quickslot Cooldowns[/h1] Tier 2, 3 and 4 Magicks have had their quickslot cooldowns reduced [h1]- Rebindable ComboKeys[/h1] Players can now rebind the SHIFT, ALT and CTRL keys as single press keys. Keep in mind any other keybindings you might have that use these as combokeys [h1]- The “Concussion” Magick[/h1] Has been buffed [h1]- The “Push” Magick[/h1] Has been buffed [h1]- Ice Shards[/h1] Damage has been reduced [h1]- Fissures[/h1] Damage has been increased [h1]- Chapter 2[/h1] Has been rebalanced [h1]- Chapter 3[/h1] Has been re-balanced [h1]- A lot of bug fixing has been done![/h1]
