Hi Warriors!
We have finally discovered the issue to the most common problem found by those in our community. We realise that people have been posting this issue for a long time now and we apologise for taking so long to get to the bottom of this issue.
The issue has derived from a corrupted save file. If you follow the steps below you can get back to slaying in no time.
[i]Note: All your local save data will be lost (Online leaderboard scores will remain)[/i]

[*] Disconnect your computer from the internet.
[*] Delete you EWVR save data. It can usually be found here (Steam -> steamapps -> common -> Eternity Warriors™ VR -> EWVR_Data -> Saves)
[*] While still disconnected Open EWVR and play a round.
[*] Quit the game and reconnect to the internet.
[*] Relaunch the game. You will be prompted with a message that your Steam cloud save data and local data do not match. It will then ask you if you would like to continue with the Cloud data or Local. Select local.
[*] Your game should load properly. Enjoy!

We are still not sure why some players data are being corrupted, but we will be working on an update to make sure that this doesn't happen going forward. At this time we don't have an ETA on when this update will go live but we will be aiming to deliver it as soon as possible.
Again, we apologise for not fixing this earlier.
