Army growth from contributions to the Army now depends on the level of development of Industry 2. An icon has been added to indicate that a player is participating in a direct war 3. When hovering over a politician now shows his strength 4. When hovering over autohound/autosupport now shows annual costs 5. Sending a politician to reeducation is no longer random, instead it is now always executed when new conditions are met 6. Depositing money into a secret Swiss bank account now reduces diplomatic reputation by -1.0 7. Each country in our military alliance now gives +0.2 army strength for each country in our military alliance, and when putting troops into them, the required number of armies is determined by the year of the game 8. Sending military aid to other people's wars now gives +0.3 to the budget instead of +0.1 to the budget 9.
