Freakout hotfix 3

Lot of improvements for this third patch : - Added a visual effect to represent the bombman explosion range - Added a display on the hud for the lift countdown - Added a checkpoint after the final wave in the keys level - Added UI sounds to the SFX volume - Added a windowed option - Jail level balancing - Shotgun balancing - Levels readibility - Improved explosion particle - Improved muzzle flash particle - Improved Enemies visibility X - Improved Crosshair visibility - Improved low graphics readibility and legibility - Corrected Input bug when exiting at the start of the tuto level - Corrected bug that don't display some objects in low graphics mode - Corrected input texts when playing with mouse - Corrected some spawn bugs during dialogues - Corrected several bugs in the final boss level
