Q: The game launches on the PC but doesn't display on the VR device.
A: Setting up the OpenXR runtime may resolve the issue, allowing the game to display correctly on the VR device.
Follow these steps to set up the OpenXR runtime:
If the game is running, please exit the game first.
For PC using SteamVR:
1. Launch SteamVR on your PC.
2. Click on "SteamVR X.X.X (version number)" in the SteamVR window displayed on your PC monitor.
3. Open the settings.
4. Select "OpenXR" from the left-hand menu in the SteamVR settings.
5. Click "Set SteamVR as OpenXR Runtime" on the right-hand side.
6. Confirm that "Current OpenXR Runtime" has changed to "SteamVR" on the right-hand side of the SteamVR settings.
7. Restart the game.
For Meta Quest 2 or Meta Quest 3 using AirLink:
If the game is running, please exit the game first.
1. Connect to your PC using AirLink.
2. Follow the steps 1–7 listed above.
3. Launch SteamVR on your VR device.
4. Start the game.
For Meta Quest 2 or Meta Quest 3 using AirLink and unable to launch SteamVR on the VR device:
If the game is running, please exit the game first.
1. Launch Oculus Client on your PC.
2. Open the settings.
3. Go to the General tab.
4. Click "Set Meta Quest Link as active" under "OpenXR Runtime."
5. Connect to your PC using AirLink.
6. Start the game.
