Fixing some stuff

Hopefully these things are fixed now: (if not scream at me and I will try to do better next time :p) [list] [*] Increased size of weak points on teleporting enemies (now they can actually be hit!) [*] Ending achievement should now be given to you when you complete the game [*] Fixed the bug with the missing life sacrifice card in story levels [*] Changed / reworked Twin Skull boss behavior [*] Your save game is no longer deleted after beating the game (sorry for including this in the first place qwq) [*] Added "End Run" button into the ESC menu [*] Shotgun pickup in intro can not be abandoned [/list]
