I was bored and added a fishing minigame, because that's what every horror game truly needs. To access it, you need to beat the neutral ending and unlock the killer as a playable character. Then in the character selection screen, select the killer and you will be given the option to play the fishing minigame. This minigame affects nothing in the game and is just a time waster.
