We have toiled day and night to bring you these marvellous improvements and fixes, straight from the mystical realms of Asgard! :star: [b][u]Improvements[/u][/b] :star: [b]Performance[/b] We made a lot of performance optimizations to make the game run smoother even on ancient systems. Stuttering caused by Windows Timers on certain machines has been tamed. We added a dose of ancient magic to the game timer which fixes some weird stuttering on some machines. Now your battles will be as smooth as a sleek Viking ship gliding through the fjords! [b]Heart of the Viking[/b] The mighty heart of Thor no longer pops like a balloon on pesky spikes. We've used ancient enchantments to make it as resilient as Mjölnir itself. [b]Victorious Confirms[/b] Victory is yours to claim, fearless Thor! Now, if you reach one of the exit portals of a level and activate it, you are safe and enemies can't kill you in the moment of your greatest victory of completing a level. Oh, and you can now also use the CONFIRM button to leave the victory screen (instead of FIRE which still works). [b]Diamond Sensor[/b] Upgrade The "Diamond Sensor"-Upgrade has received a slight boost! Its range has been expanded, allowing you to uncover hidden treasures. [b]Time Bends to Our Will[/b] We've given a nod to the ancient TVs of yore with their low reaction times. Tolerance frames have been extended by one, granting you a touch more forgiveness. [b]Hammer Mastery[/b] Mastering the art of wielding Mjölnir has become even more delightful as we added some more button queueing to it. No more missing inputs or accidental throws if you hit and release buttons in the wrong order! [b]New Checkpoints[/b] Some Checkpoints have been placed strategically to aid your valiant progress. :bug: [b][u]Fixes[/u][/b] :bug: [b]Squashing the Bugs[/b] [list] [*]The second wall jump tutorial now displays the much-needed button prompts. [*]We have fixed an issue with random deaths occurring in Level 13. [*]Fixed an issue related to the boss fight in level 13, that was causing it to sometimes start outside of the intended arena. [*]Various cases where the player became trapped after selecting "restart from last checkpoint" have been resolved. [*]Level 21's Shockwave Slam tutorial was added as a thunderous reminder to slay the first Viking ghost. [*]Visual tiling issues have been vanquished. [*]Diamonds and Gems no longer vanish into the void if you leave a level right after entering it (while the display still shows the level name). [*]Fixed an issue where some of the Arkanoid block clusters were not counted for the "Breakout Hit" achievement. [*]The Viking Font now includes special characters for PT-BR.
