We’re currently working on a demo that will be available to members of Discord in the upcoming months, but until then, we wanted to ask some of the more common questions we’ve seen in other games of this genre. [h3]Q: What were your inspirations?[/h3] A: Our main inspirations are “House Flipper” and the “Legend of Zelda” franchise, especially the “Link’s Awakening” remake that came for the Switch. Additionally, other games that have inspired us in look and feel, like “Animal Crossing: New Horizons”, “Bear and Breakfast”, “The Sims” and “The Tenants” [h3]Q: When will it be released?[/h3] A: Our first plan would be to launch in Early Access in Q2 2025, with a full release for Q1 2026 [h3]Q: How long is the campaign?[/h3] A: We’re aiming for 8-12 hours for the main campaign, but we’d like to expand this with additional DLC that contains more dungeons, tools, enemies and decorations. [h3]Q: Will there be a demo?[/h3] A: There isn’t one yet, but we want to release a public one on Steam before the end of the year, and we’ll send pre-demo builds of the game to members of our mailing list and Discord members to gather feedback. [h3]Q: Does it support controller?[/h3] A: It absolutely does! One of main considerations when developing the game is that the controls feel good on both keyboard and controller. [h3]Q: Is there multiplayer or co-op?[/h3] A: We’d love to add co-op, but it’s not something we’re looking to add right now. [h3]Q: What engine did you build it in?[/h3] A: Unity [h3]Q: Can I remap controls?[/h3] A: Not in the current build, but this is something we want to add for the final game [h3]Q: Does it run on 4K/Ultrawide monitors?[/h3] A: Not at the moment, but this is something we’re open to looking into. [h3]Q: Does it run at 60 FPS?[/h3] A: Yes! [h3]Q: Will there be modding support?[/h3] A: One of our plans is to release Steam workshop support to add your own decorations into the game, but that would be a post-release update. [h3]Q: Will you release "Cozy Dungeons" on Nintendo Switch?[/h3] A: We want to release this on Nintendo Switch. The game is a great fit for the platform!
