This is a small update to fix the achievements for the ending titles (Dominatrix, Playful, Patient, Angelic) not unlocking. Players who have completed a character route and gotten their achievements, but never got the above named achievement(s), they will have to manually unlock any achievements they may have missed out on. Please go to your main menu and click the cogwheel to open the settings. Click the gift button and enter the password "achievement" to unlock the achievements you got on Steam! This will only grant you the achievements you have legitimately unlocked, so it is not a cheat code of some sorts :) Sorry for the inconvenience! Steam achievements are an uphill battle.
