Devlog 30/8/24 - It begins.

Dissecting Love

An autopsy of a queer relationship.

Hello everyone! With a little more than a year left until the official release of Dissecting Love, we’ve decided it’s time to start being a little bit more communicative with you about the progress. This is why we’ve decided we’ll from now on write a shorter weekly devlog, to tell you what’s been going on and what we’ve been up to. This week, our programming, graphics, and music team (the one guy making this game) has been at Gamescom in Cologne, helping out a friend with their project, which means he’s not been able to do much in the ways of programming, graphics, and music. However, this following week is very packed as we’re planning to have the demo done on the 1st of September, which means he has a lot of bug fixing and general poking around ahead of him. Our marketing team, me, got started this week as well. I’ll be the one posting a devlog here every week. I’ll also be making some videos and posts for social media, and in general making sure people find out more about this game. Maybe chatting with you in the comments of videos, possibly in the future on Discord as well if we decide to set up a server. That’s the summary of this week! Hope you’ll have a lovely week and see you next Monday when I’ll be posting a new one of these. //Buck
