Eons Away

Eons Away is a solo-developed, turn-based RPG with unique combat mechanics. Explore a vibrant, handpainted world overshadowed by an encroaching corruption. Every decision is important, be it how you fight your battles or the bonds you make. Choose your path wisely.

Welcome back to another "Eons Away" development update! I'm thrilled to share with you a lot of new features I've been working on. Today's log includes an improved battle system with "Action Command" mechanics, a detailed skill tree for character development, and a bonding system with alignment consequences that add depth to your in-game choices. Additionally, I've made significant strides in world-building with the introduction of a village hub that serves as the game's main area. We've also integrated a dynamic day and night cycle that affects gameplay mechanics and quest availability. To further immerse you in our world, I've implemented a corruption system that visually reflects on characters and enemies. Plus, I've added various quality of life improvements and bug fixes. I'm eager to hear your thoughts and look forward to engaging with you on our Discord channel for real-time updates and discussions. And don't forget to add "Eons Away" to your Steam wishlist to support the game!
