Welcome to the next Devlog. Everyone knows that having the right people besides you is key to success. This sentence is also true when we’re talking about our game. Without a proper team, you have less chance to triumph. So how should you choose the right people?

You have two types of them:

[*] Optional for example a mechanic who will help you with work on cars.

To every single person, you have a trust rate that affects price, the scope of work, entrance to assign localization with better vehicles, and better-paid missions for cars which they steal on their own.
Everyone in the team has their statistics and perks:

[*] Discretion: the chance of being detected during stealing and the chance to be tracked to a chop shop.
[*] Breaking security: how fast someone can defeat security at the scene of the action (e.g. working out patrols, disabling cameras).
[*] Breaking-in: how fast someone can break into a car without being noticed.

[*] Assiduousness: the chance of finding additional hiding security.
[*] Diligence: how many things from the checklist can be done from your duties if you paid him/her.
[*] Perfectionist: Do everything from a checklist.

You have a limit of how many people you hire at the same time. That’s why you have to sometimes dismiss someone to employ someone else.
If you want to hire somebody you need to contact them by phone.
