During our Alpha and Beta testing, I had the chance to explore some of your save files while working on bug fixes. I soon noticed that homes were minimally furnished, and I realized why. [h3]What was the issue?[/h3] Firstly there were around 6-7 different stores where players could buy furniture, wallpapers, carpets, and more. The issue was that many testers had trouble finding all of these stores in game map. For instance, they would buy wallpapers not knowing how many pieces were needed to cover an entire wall, so when just one or two were missing, players had to go all the way back to the store. And what if they wanted to change it later? Imagine going all the way back to the store and do it all over. This was a major issue that needed addressing 🤝 *[i]drumroll[/i]* And now, presenting… [u][b]Our new Build Mode![/b][/u] 🎉 [h1]Build Mode[/h1] [h3]Entering Build Mode[/h3] [img]{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/43626503/71a084451ef3fc30f6b5e13be6a34f62f8ebdd90.gif[/img] With this new feature, you'll have access to all kinds of furniture and decorations as soon as you step into your home. I wanted to create a system that feels most familiar and intuitive to our community. Whether you’re outfitting a cozy living room, a stylish kitchen, or a serene bedroom, everything will be neatly categorized to help streamline the decorating process. This allows you to explore different styles, colors, and materials without any hassle. In future, nearly all of the furnitures will be rotatable, giving you more flexibility and control over how you arrange your space. No more running back and forth to the store. Simply selecting and placing the items you want will be enough if you have sufficient money either in your wallet or credit card. You’ll receive the full price for any furniture you purchased, as long as it's not damaged. [h2]What Else? 👀[/h2] We have an exciting idea for upcoming updates! 💡 In addition to these changes, we are going to add[b] Social Clubs[/b] [list] [*] [b]Chess Club [/b]where you can participate in daily ranked chess matches and compete in tournaments. [*] [b]Literature Club[/b] and take part in monthly poetry contests, putting your writing talents to work. ✍ [*] [b]Arm Wrestling Club[/b] to show off your strength. 💪 [/list] [i]and more![/i] These clubs will host special events tailored to different interests. For example, if you’re an aspiring author, you can participate in a variety of weekly activities, such as poetry contests, writing short story challenges, or even monthly competitions for the bestselling books of the month. These could include your own published works or those from other in-game authors. It can be another way for you to build fame of your Pixelian and put your talent to work, make money. This idea is still fresh and incomplete, so we’re also eager to hear your suggestions and ideas for new clubs and activities. And of course, in addition to all the furnitures we have, we are going to add many more furniture options for you.
