We've listened to your feedback and implemented an in-office staff update that will transform your experience of running your online business. Well, in the past, your staff were only visible on a UI panel, and you couldn't see them working. But now, your staff members will be moving around your office in real-time. You'll see them actively performing tasks, chatting with each other, and moving between different workstations. This visual representation of your team will allow you to monitor their progress and intervene if necessary. You'll be able to assign tasks more efficiently and provide support to your staff members when needed. Your staff is primarily managed in-office but you can now choose to have them work remotely, which will make it harder to satisfy and monitor them but will reduce your overall per employee costs. [h2]Improved Management and Efficiency[/h2] But it's not just about managing your team more effectively. Managing your staff’s work in real-time will also increase their job satisfaction and happiness. They'll feel more connected to their work and feel like they're part of a thriving company. This will improve their overall performance and ensure that your server is running at full efficiency. It is good to remember that unhappy staff are more likely to sabotage you, while satisfied staff will go the extra mile, often without needing extra pay.
