Changelog: 1) Darkened the Upgrade Interface background slightly, just wanted to make it ever so slightly less of a flashbang. 2) You can now use the Mouse on the Game Over screen, this is to keep consistency with the rest of the game - Specifically the Scoreboard Name Input screen. 3) The "Loading..." Text now properly appears when loading the Title Screen from the Scoreboard Menu
