Demo Updates - Balancing changes

You had comments and we listened! After hours of playtesting we simply got too good at the game and kept upping the frequency and difficulty of the creature attacks as well as making the mini-games too unforgiving. Obviously this isn't the experience that everyone would want when playing the game for the first time so we've rolled back a lot of the difficulty so the game and ambience can actually be enjoyed over being a frantic click-fest. - Minigames have larger room for error now when clicking - Creatures attack less often to give time to perform other tasks but slowly ramp up over the 6-day shift - Alarm is now less grating, not as loud, and can be turned off in the settings menu - When replacing a cracked lens it now also removes the "Dirty" status if applied as it makes sense a new lens would be clean - Reduced the delay after hitting the launch flare button before it is active again from 5 seconds to 3 - Updated tutorials with more descriptive text about actual steps required
