Demo Update – Progression Fixes, New Boss, Balance Improvements & More

[p]Hello everyone,[/p][p]I’ve just updated the demo with several important changes, improvements, and fixes based on internal testing and player feedback. Here’s what’s new: [b]Major Changes[/b][/p][list][*][p][b]Progression Fix[/b]: Level-ups now trigger correctly and consistently.[/p][/*][*][p][b]New First Boss[/b]: The first boss has been changed from Arakne to the [b]Maneater Boss[/b].[/p][/*][*][p][b]New Enemy Added[/b]: Introduced a new standard enemy in Cheops – [b]the Wild Boar[/b]. It’s faster than mummies but still goes down in one or two hits.[/p][/*][*][p][b]Cheops Level Layout Updated[/b]: The level has been made wider to improve movement and combat flow.[/p][/*][/list][h3]Balance & Gameplay[/h3][list][*][p][b]Luck Rework[/b]: Luck is no longer scaled in flat 1%–10% steps. It now influences XP and heart drop rates in a more balanced way.[/p][/*][*][p][b]New Upgrades Added[/b]:[/p][list][*][p]One upgrade reduces the duration of [b]night[/b].[/p][/*][*][p]One upgrade reduces the duration of [b]day[/b].[/p][/*][/list][/*][*][p][b]Lighting Adjustment[/b]: The [b]night phase[/b] is now brighter for better visibility.[/p][/*][/list][h3]Bug Fixes & Optimization[/h3][list][*][p]Fixed several issues with enemy interactions during [b]dashing[/b], especially cases where enemies would behave unpredictably.[/p][/*][*][p]Improved code performance across the board for better overall gameplay smoothness.[/p][/*][/list][hr][/hr][p]This update also includes various smaller fixes and tweaks not listed here.
