For example, we reduced the chance of ambush attacks on day. We are also slighty reduced travel encounters in unfriendly country. But remember, if you solve the area quest in each area, the area becomes friendly and then the chances of Random Encounters are much lower and you even get some friendly events. However we will optimize this feature next week.
