Hi! It's been some time since the release of Dark and Bright, a very meaningful and personal project to me that tells you a story about life, friendship, depression and the constant evaluation of life. [b]If you considered playing this game at some point but haven't yet, this update is for you![/b] I'm happy that I have received useful feedback from players during 2020 and 2021. I'm very grateful for the opportunity to see people still playing the game from time to time, being excited for its story and telling me about their thoughts and theories on it. When receiving honest and enthusiastic feedback like that, I really feel like the realization of this rather unusual-looking game was really worth it, and what I wanted to convey with the very abstract game concept was indeed conveyed to some. Having been motivated to upgrade this game to something even more enjoyable with the help of your feedback, I couldn't help but address some minor and major flaws of the game, which was not always easy after all the years, so it [b]really[/b] took me longer than expected. Eventually, I was able to get rid of all those tiny little flaws and also the big bites as well, so right now I'm very happy to announce that [b]Dark and Bright will be updated to v1.1 in the next few weeks[/b] and really become the game I wanted it to be. There's much more - some new additions to the game, but mostly the many, many little quality-of-life improvements that should really improve your game experience in total.
