To answer briefly about the first two illustrations, they show the same building on two different development levels. The first illustration refers to Technology Laboratory level 1, while the second to Technology Laboratory level 2. The building on the first level, the player will be able to upgrade to the next level. Of course, this will have the benefit of bringing much better technology to our city.
