[h1]Concerns regarding balancing[/h1]
This post is here to clarify us saying we will downgrade people with buildings that aren't made for their starbase, like having Compact Houses lvl 9 or 10 on your a sb5 planet.
The reason for this is to make the game more fair, since people who would have a maxed planet before the update have a direct benefit over people who don't.
We have heard concerns that there is a lot of free loot at starbase 5 that is not really obtainable when upgrading to higher starbases, which we will take in account when reworking attacks for Unreal. But more info on that in the future!
[h2]Why rebalance this anyway?[/h2]
We disagree that having the option to have max houses/banks at starbase 5 is good game design, as their is no real incentive to upgrade on colonies besides that. Obviously this woul'dve changed in the future anyway, with releases such as new starbase levels (omg starbase 10 mention).
We have seen your feedback though and in response we have brought down the costs of troops and buffed income of lower level houses.
We will continue to monitor our balancing and see if that was enough!

Seeing as this change was apparently more controversial as we thought, we will give you **at least 6 months** before we do this change.
More likely this will just be done when we port Flash data over to Unreal though, so you will have enough time.
We will mention it once we get closer though, so it doesn't take you by surprise.
