Recruitment for the new batch of the Closers Player Council (CPC) is now open, running from October 2024 until next year. Previous council members, including those from earlier batches, have been helpful in identifying issues and voicing community concerns. For this new batch, we look forward to welcoming both new and familiar faces! For those unfamiliar, the Closers Player Council is made up of players like you! As official Closers World admins, we communicate with the council to discuss ongoing concerns, report in-game issues, and assist fellow Agents. [*] Must stay up to date with Closers World server events and patch updates. [*] Should have a basic to deep understanding of Closers Online. [*] Must be able to communicate well in English. [*] Must have a basic understanding of navigating Discord. [*] No in-game infractions within the last 12 months. [*] Veteran players of Closers are highly preferred. [*] Must not share CPC group discussions or in-game reports outside the group until they are ready to be publicly announced. [*] Knowledge and ability to enforce community rules (issuing warnings, muting, or recommending bans if allowed). [*] Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions with other players. [*] Assisting players in other Closers community platforms such as Forum, Steam, etc. is not mandatory but it’s an advantage. For personal matters or player reports, those should still be communicated through customer support inquiries for privacy reasons.[/list][/list][/list] [list][*] [b]What does a Closers Player Council do?[/b] [list][*] Community Assistance [list][*] All Closers Player Council members will help moderate the Closers Discord server to create a healthy and safe environment for all users. They will also assist or direct users to the proper channels for their concerns. [*] Interacts with players and communicates clearly in any Closers platforms (In-game, Discord, Steam, Forums, Facebook, etc.)[/list] [*] Bug Reporting [list][*] Report anything that has an unintended impact on the experience of playing Closers online. This covers dialogue/texts errors, broken skills/items, visual errors, quest bugs, environment bugs, graphical errors, etc.[/list] [*] Community Feedback/Suggestion [list][*] CPCs can communicate directly with us about what the player community is saying. [*] Gives ideas and suggestions for Closers, like feedback on new updates or events[/list] [*] Player Reporting[list][*] Reporting players who displayed inappropriate behavior in-game or on any Closers official sites.[/list][/list][/list] [list][*] [b]What benefits are offered to the Closers Player Council?[/b] [list][*] Members of the council do not receive special accounts or in-game items. However, they will receive a quarterly incentive during the first scheduled maintenance day in January, April, July, and October. The main benefits are the following: [list][*] X3 ELITE Status (30-Days) [*] 3,000 Bonus N-coin (Permanent)[/list] [*] We understand that life can get busy, but if a CPC member is inactive or does not participate in any CPC activities or Discord moderation for more than 7 days, their incentive may be adjusted or not granted. [*] Additionally, if a CPC member is completely inactive, they may be removed from the council. However, they can share their concerns with us, and we will look into them. [*] Meanwhile, CPC Discord accounts will have extra permissions to help moderate the official Closers World Discord server.[/list][/list] [list][*] [b]Can the CPCs know about upcoming updates and decide which updates or changes will be applied to the World server?[/b] [list][*] Unfortunately, CPCs do not have the authority to decide which updates or changes will be applied in Closers or when they will be released, those decisions are still made by the Naddic team.
