Chesnakisnak is released on the 20th of October

[h1]Hello all![/h1] Thank you for your interest in Chesnakisnak. This will be the first game I have developed and as such it is neither very long nor perfect by any standard. I would like to thank everyone who has helped me with the development of this game, including the musicians and artists who made this possible. But not Ben. Please be aware that I know of one issue that may affect your gameplay severely: [list] [*] [strike]Upon loading from the load screen, it is possible under specific conditions that the game will return you to the main menu [i]OR[/i] crash completely. This seems to be an issue with how Unreal handles blueprints and levels (Or the placement of levels within the project- I don't understand it completely, to be honest.) - I have attempted to fix this in several ways but I may have coded myself into a corner. If this happens to you, please attempt to load the file again (perhaps even twice or three times, closing and restarting the game beforehand) until the correct day is displayed in the bottom right corner. Sometimes this fixes it. If not, please be prepared to keep backup save files ready. I will keep working on this but for now, please know that I am aware of the issue. There are other issues also, but hopefully nothing too major that will hamper your enjoyment of the game too much. [/strike] This issue seems to be (Hopefully!) fixed - I was casting to a save value which I was using after loading the level which is a no-no as the save value gets wiped upon opening a new level. The strange thing is that it still worked most of the time. These are the mysteries which we may never have answers to and even if we did, would we wish to hear the truth?
