Optimized the candy corn blinking (resources loading efficiently and less times per second), cannon particles disabled with player distance, Loading resources for the cookie blink are now more optimized (+other minor stuff)
(The candy corn blinking are a great villain here because we have a lot of them in the stages)
[u][b]Difficulty Nerfs:[/b][/u]

[*] Desert Stage 1: The first triple jump challenge was nerfed because it was too hard for the moment of the game
[*] Candy World 2: In the last section of this stage (ballons+chocolate cubes+triple jumps) - More impulse in the baloons, added 2 more breakable blocks and now the portal platform is closer
