Hi there Cabbies! We're excited to share with you a BIG Cabbie! update in Demo 1.2, right on time for Steam Co-Op fest and Yorkshire Games Festival UK next week. Better messaging, even MORE SHEEP, a new character customisation option and fireworks!!
We're currently looking to improve the Boss and End-Match celebration experience along with some final few bugs. Demo 1.3 will the be final major update to the Demo before we go back and finish the rest of the game!
So please if you have any feedback do let us know, we want to make Cabbie! a fun experience for everyone.

[*] Firework celebration for goal scorers;
[*] Clearer labels on the levels you have unlocked to show what is 'new';
[*] A better and clearer character select menu showing the names of the characters;
[*] The ability to change the base paint colour of your character from the initial four character colours;
[*] Training has two extra steps teaching you about the world being destructible and how to use your zap to stop Sheeplets;
[*] Training now displays the number of stages and ticks them off as you progress;
[*] Sheeplets are now in world 1 level 1 to add to the overall challenge of the first level experience;
[*] Scoring is now clearer with a new and improved UI and celebration effect;
[*] Fines are now clearer with a new and improved UI element;
[*] Pickups now have a clear effect when you collect them;
[*] Interaction button prompt changed to a yellow progress bar for clarity.

Bug fixes:

[*] You will no longer slide along the floor when completing a level after the timer;
[*] Meeplets no longer appear in the middle of the training level when they exit their buildings;
[*] Some control icons in the training level that were too small are now larger;
[*] Intro timer and end of match timer are now fixed in terms of the timing and the associated sound effects;
[*] Your character and control selections no longer reset if a player leaves when in character select;
[*] Meeplets no longer overlap when they exit a building at the same time;
[*] Re-enabled camera shake for the boss fight when it slams into the ground;
[*] Join button in character select no longer visible when all four players join.
